Welcome to the NCECA Tour and Shuttle on-line sign-up site.  This site describes the tours and shuttles that are available.  At the end of the tour and shuttle descriptions you can go to the next screen to purchase tickets.  On the order form enter the number of tickets you want for each tour and shuttle.  The total amount owing will be calculated automatically.  Then enter your credit card information to pay for these tickets.  By entering your email address a receipt will be sent to you.


If you do not want to order tickets on-line you may call our office toll-free at 877-235-1843 and place your order over the phone.


All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.


Timed Tour (Wednesday) to Lawrence, Kansas - Everybody boards the bus at the Kansas City Conference Center on 14th Street (across Center Street from the Convention Center's Bartle Hall) at the same time and the group stays together during the entire tour.  At each stop a certain amount of time is allowed to visit the exhibition(s).  At the end of each visit, everyone re-boards the bus and travels to the next stop when the scenario is repeated.


Continuous Shuttles (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) in the Kansas City area - Buses operate continuously (much like a city bus system) with departures every 15 to 20 minutes from the Kansas City Conference Center on 14th Street (across Center Street from the Convention Center's Bartle Hall).  Board the bus at the Conference Center and receive a wrist band which is your "ticket" to re-board the bus at any stop on the route.  At any of the stops on the shuttle route people may hop off and visit the exhibition(s) kn owing that every 15 to 20 minutes a bus will be available to hop on and ride to the next stop or return to the Conference Center.  The tickets allows the riders to hop off and hop on at each stop on the shuttle route.  NOTE: A separate ticket is required for each shuttle route.


The following will list each shuttle route, the venues at each stop along the shuttle route and the exhibition(s) at each venue.  (To learn more about the exhibition(s) at each venue please go the "exhibition" section  of the NCECA Conference website.)


The shuttle ticket cost is listed for each tour and shuttle route.  Please note there is one price when tickets are purchased online (here) prior to the Conference and a higher ticket price when tickets are purchased at the Conference.  Purchasing your tickets prior to the Conference can represent a 20% to 25% savings.


Tickets purchased online (here) will be available for pickup at the "Shuttle and Tour Booth" in the NCECA Registration area at the Convention Center starting at 1:00 noon on Tuesday, March 15th.  


Buses for all trips depart from and return to the 14th Street side of the Kansas City Conference Center.  The Conference Center is across Central Street from the Kansas City Convention Center's Bartle Hall and the Conference Center.

We need at least 25 people to sign-up by Wednesday, March 9th for this tour to operate.  If at least 25 people sign-up in advance, additional tickets for this tour will be available for sale at the "Tour and Shuttle Booth" in the Convention Center starting at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 15th.  Should fewer than 25 people sign-up for this tour, a complete refund will be given to those that did sign-up.
